Thanks for the shout out guys! Great 6th episode!
ReplyDeleteKurt, it was a total memory jog when you spoke about breaking my Batman Easter egg! I forgot all about that!
Funny story, during the height of my Batman mania (the whole Bane/Breaking Batman/Azrael becomes Batman), Denny O'Neil was teaching at SVA during my time there. One day a bunch of us were in the teachers lounge, by their mailboxes, and I tore a scrap of paper out of my sketchbook and wrote "SNAP DENNY! SNAP!", and placed it into his mail slot.I was SO angry that he had a hand in taking Batman out of commission. Sheesh. It's no wonder why women wouldn't give me a second glance with top class antics like that, eh?
Cool podcast guys! Thanks for the shout out!
ReplyDeleteHey guys. Just finished listening to eps 5 & 6. Great content as usual.
ReplyDeleteLet The Right One Is was indeed really great (sans cat attack scene, which was unabashedly ridiculous) and a nice illustration on how horror can be subtle, but still horrific.
@Twitter - it's a neat networking device. Aside from the aformentioned vanity aspect (boring updates, what you eat, drink, etc) it's a fun read. The search function is where it's at. I sometimes type in whatever I'm thinking of, or interested in (PKD, DSi, current events in the news, etc) it's just nice to see what other people are thinking about at any given moment.

Thanks for the shout out! I'm sharpening my pencil and prepping some notes. Should be a blast.
Fantastic podcasting, gentlemen! I will be tuning in for more! Btw, thanks so much for the mention; it is much appreciated.
